@eacan-60 Some sellers have said that changing the size to 6 x 4 x 0 and 1, 2 or 3 oz has worked.
Otherwise you should report this technical issue to eBay customer service. The more reports they have the quicker a problem is worked on.

eBay does not have a phone number you can call directly at this time as the agents are still working from home.
