Shipping label refund

How do I get a refund on a shipping label that was never used?  The item that was sold had a faulty title & ebay wouldn't let me modify it.

You have 5 days from date of printing to void the label.  The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks when they have determined the label was never used.

Go to Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels

Locate the label.  Click the down-arrow, select VOID.
