Shipping label problem: Old return address keeps printing on shipping label.

Recentl moved and changed primary address in profile and deleted old address, however, shipping label keeps printing old return address. How do I get this to change?

Go back to your My eBay page > Account tab > Addresses link & make sure ALL of your addresses are up to date.

If you still have the problem, you can update the ship from address (the "return address" on the label) the next time you purchase a shipping label.  On the label preparation page, look to the left hand side.  You should see the ship to address and below that, the ship from address (with a change link).
