Shipping label generated by mistake

I accidentally requested a shipping label. However I am able to create a shipping label myself and did not realize Ebay charges the shipper a fee for this. How can I reverse this?

I have very limited experience selling on eBay.  I sold a set of bicycle wheels and I'm very confused about the shipping.  Question 1) If I print the eBay generated label does that dictate where I take the package(s) for shipping?  2) Is eBay's label and shipper guaranteed to be the best rate?        3) What else do I need to know about shipping what I just sold on eBay?  THANKS!
