Shipping label cancelled

I had to cancel the shipping label because my address as a sender was wrong. What do I do to redo the shipping label so I can send the shoes to the authenticator? Thanks in advance!

There are FIVE addresses to edit/update.

If that doesn't work, try printing the label again.  On the right side on the label preparation form, there is an option to change the SHIP FROM address.
