Shipping label 4x6 no longer prints correctly

Shipping label 4x6 no longer prints correctly today. I've already printed out a label this morning with no issue. Now, it appears on the bottom of the label in the landscape shrunken format. I tried to change it back to portrait with no success. I'm using the same printer I've used this morning, so this has got to be a communication issue between eBay and my printer.  Before that eBay had completely kicked me out of the system requesting that I sign back in over and over again. I must've made over 10 attempts to sign back in, even tried switching to Chrome from Edge. I finally had to restart the pc and was able to sign back in, however, the label issue persisted.

Make sure the label format is still set to 4x6.  Do this from the create label page by click on Show More on the right side.  Click Change if the format is not correct.

Make sure your browser is set to open PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader.

Does the label preview look correct?

What model printer are you using?

Thank you! I'm using a Hudoo printer.  The label preview does not look right. It is shown in the landscape orientation occupying just half the size of 4x6 paper.  I'll follow your advice and check the setting next time I need to create a new label hopefully by tomorrow.

Hi again, I was able to access the create label menu and it was in fact the printing format that was reverted to 8x11 instead of 4x6. Not sure why but as soon as I changed it back to 4x6 everything went back to the way it was before. Thank you so much Rockstar.

Glad you got it fixed.  Ebay did an update that caused this problem for many users.
