I sold 2 seperate items , to one person. I stated that these were pre-packaged and wouldn’t be able to combine shipping. I did not combine or alter my shipping as I had the correct weight and dimensions already entered on the listing. When I purchased the label it only gave me one label, and it “auto” combined the weight. (I’ve never seen this before ! What just happened ? ) I cannot complete the sale because now my dimensions are way off and the shipping cost is alot more for the size of box if I were to combine. Please , anyone know is this a new change ? How do I prevent this ?
