Shipping from address

Ok so I’ve sold an item….not my first time. But my first time from this address. I’ve updated my info on eBay. Yet when I go to print out a label it puts my old address as the shipping from address. How do I fix that??

Did you update ALL of your addresses?

Your address is included in the listing at the time it is listed.

If you move, you need to update each listing so that the correct address appears when shipping.

Yea well here’s the issue. It wouldn’t keep the address that I put in as my new one. eBay as a whole did, but when I finally sold something it showed up with my old address. I changed it to my new one three times and it wouldn’t take it but I’ve figured it out now
