I am seeing new messages on various items marked DOES NOT SHIP TO YOU. And the message is there even when the seller offers shipping and a shipping price is listed. Never seen this before. It has always been LOCAL PICKUP ONLY. For items that sellers do not wish to ship. Does anyone know what is this new message actually means?
