Not directly ... when you use Free Shipping it means the shipping cost is built in to your sale price so no separate fee for shipping because it is not a separate paid item by the Buyer. Fees are based on the total of the Item, the Paid shipping by the Buyer and any sales tax that is levied on the transaction.

The shipping you will pay is based on the shipping method, weight of the package, and the dimensions of the package.
