I've sold hundreds of items on eBay over the years. Just had an auction end where the buyer paid $1.60 for shipping. However, the cheapest shipping option is via USPS first class at $2.76. Item sold for 99 cents so I'm in the red on this sale. This is the first time the actual shipping cost and estimate have been this far off. My shipping options and packaging were all set up correctly, so I'm really confused as to what happened.
