Shipping and Tracking issues that happen repeatedly

I need to talk to someone who understands ebay shipping and tracking when using the Standard Ebay Envelope.  Numerous times I have uploaded the envelope on time but the USPS does not scan the envelope. I was told by my local USPS that the scanning has to done at the major hub USPS which for me is Nashville TN.

Well when this miss scan happens ebay puts a defect on my seller performance. I am a Top Rate Plus seller. I sell mainly coins and token ranging mostly on the low end of the market.

That is correct.  If using ebay's Standard Envelope for coins/trading cards/postcards, those numbers are read by the sorting equipment at the last hub, and not be the carrier.  Make sure the envelope follows these standards:
