Shipping an item

I will never order through EBay again.  It takes them weeks to move an item that they were paid for with shipping. And the tracking system is a joke!!!

Shipping an item

Hi @svei_854

You're not buying an item from eBay, you are buying an item from a seller who listed the item on eBay. The tracking information comes from the carrier - eBay simply displays it for you. If the seller hasn't shipped (or has shipped but didn't upload tracking), you won't see any tracking. It looks like you've only been a member for about 3 weeks and are located in Canada (but you're posting on the US site). If you purchased from a US seller, you need to expect shipping to take longer.

eBay has a link to their Money Back Guarantee on each item listing.

Check the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History. When that date has passed, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. eBay will force the refund.
