Shipping adjustment charges

Any idea who I can talk to about "shipping adjustment" charges?  I have checked and double checked and I see nothing wrong, but I have been charged $11.75 twice for "Some of your shipping labels have adjustments".

@allenscreations76   If you are using UPS or Fed Ex you are going to run into the "adjustments"  issues a lot.   

If you must ship with UPS due to package size then I recommend buying the shipping label on Pirateship.com   They have a better system for disputing surcharges>>

Also see the link on this link to the UPS site about how to avoid UPS surcharges, or be aware of them so you can factor them into your item price>

I personally only ship USPS that way I know the price is the price when I buy the label.
