Shipping Label Refund Assitance

Hello,

I sold an item on eBay and clicked on the USPS Print Shipping Label option, expecting that the system will offer me options that I can choose from for shipping the item. However, the USPS Shipping Label window closed, and I received an email notification that said, "Your shipping label is ready".   I realized there was a mistake and immediately went into the eBay system and cancelled the Shipping Label.  This happened about 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received my refund.

I have been trying to get help from eBay but there's no phone number or email address anywhere on the eBay system for contacting their customer support.  Does anyone know how can I contact eBay to help me? 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Shipping carriers must see that the label was not used.  This process takes 21 days before the shipping carrier will allow the refund.  eBay will let you know when the refund was authorized.

It usually takes USPS 2 to 4 weeks to refund a canceled shipping label. They need to make sure it hasn’t been used before the refund is sent.

eBay has nothing to do with the refund of shipping costs.
