Shipping Label Problem

My shipping labels are coming out sideways and very small.Have no idea how to get labels printed right

I just bought a label printer for the first time so I'm completely lost.

Any one who could help would be great...thanks..jimmie

When you go to buy a label, there's a menu on the right side of the page you can use to adjust the label printing options.
