Shipping Label Issues

Anyone else having a problem buying shipping labels lately on Ebay?  I get a lot of "No Shipping Services Available" message when I try to select a shipping method, and also "We are unable to process your payment" messages even though I have funds available to use.  I've tried to contact ebay to see if they are having problems with their system, but can't get ahold of someone that speaks English good enough to even understand my problems.  Soooo, just curious if any other users are having these same problems?

No problems here printing shipping labels.  When I do run across a problem, I just try again later.  If I still can't print, I will try using Paypal, and as a last resort, I will use USPS Click N Ship.
