Hi, I posted earlier about trying to get Fedex label information (billing address and account no.) to follow up on Ebay Customer Support's direction that I pursue an adjustment dispute directly with Fedex. If you have that, please reply.
As a follow up, after about an hour on the phone this morning about this I was transferred to a shipping specialist in the US. She told me that because I received a credit for an adjustment around January of 2024, I would no longer be able to receive any courtesy adjustments. Earlier this year, another customer service agent reached through online support told me that sellers were eligible for one courtesy adjustment per calendar year.
Which is correct? Also, is there a link to any documentation that explains this policy transparently?
