I placed an order for a sports card on Nov 25, 2025 (3.5 weeks ago), which included an authenticity guarantee. Tracking # shows that it still has not been received by the authenticator. Is this consistent with delays over the holidays or cause for concern? Is it scanned by PSA authenticator upon receipt or only upon completion and sending it out to the buyer? Thank you.
