Hi guys. Sorry **HELP NEEDEE PLEASE I have 2 things I need help/ advice with. I have shipped an order that says authenticity guarantee meaning this item is shipped to an authenticator to guarantee authenticity, however the shipping label is the same name as the customer, so I feel the order is getting shipped straight to the customer and not an authenticator?
2nd problem is I purchased the delivery label through Ebay and when I took the item to the PO the item weighed .3KG more, so I've had to purchase another shipping label, meaning the tracking info on my Ebay is wrong and there's noway to change it.
I've tried contacting EBay but it's impossible to get somebody on the phone. Can anyone please advise?

1) When you ship to eBay's authentication center, the buyer's name will be on the label and there will also be an evnt order code on the address line. That order line will provide the clue. If the buyer has a PO Box address, the package will not be going to an authenticator.
2) If you had to reprint the label, be sure to void the original label within 5 days. You will still have two tracking numbers, as there is no way to delete the original. If shipping directly to the customer, let them know which tracking number is correct. If shipping to the authenticator, it won't matter as long as one of them shows delivered.
