So I have sold a game to a buyer in Chile. He has put in all his address information in the address field. However, when I go to print the shipping label. eBay won't let me print it because, it says there is a problem with the address. eBay only lets 40 characters long address and my buyers address is more than 40 characters. I have contacted my buyer to check if his address is correctly inputted in the address field. And there was nothing wrong on his end. Everything is correct.
Now, how can I go about printing this shipping label? eBay just won't let me print it saying I have to fix the address issue first.
