Shipped wrong items

I put wrong labels on 2 items I sold recently.  It was brought to my attention by a buyer that they received the wrong item, and they agreed to ship the wrong item back to me if I paid for shipping. However, the other buyer will not respond to my messages. What can I do?

I'm guessing the other buyer wants to keep whatever s/he received.

 

If you don't have another item to sell to the first buyer, when you receive the item back, you will just have to refund, and give your apologies.
