I shipped the rong item internationally. It hasn't left the US yet. Am I able to stop it leaving the US? Also is there a way to actually talk or send a message to ebay to get help. It will only get me the automated system.

@asundt22012 eBay customer service can not help with this problem.
If it has not yet reached the eBay International Shipping Program Hub then you can try a package intercept. There is a fee for this from USPS see this link> https://www.usps.com/manage/package-intercept.htm
If you are not able to intercept then if you used the eBay International Shipping Program eBay will refund the buyer out of their pocket and you keep the sale. The buyer will just need to file a not as described return request after they receive the item.
