This auction went fine until it arrived in Italy. I was excited for this buyer to receive my life long collection of Big Jim Figures. I packed them very carefully and with care knowing the buyer would be happy when he received the figures.
I was excited for the buyer. I was stunned and surprised. My heart hit the floor when
I received notice the buyer received the wrong items. The buyer sent photos to me via message here on EBay of an open box with two cell phones and what appears to be a laptop computer. The laptop is not visible.
The description says the pic is that of a laptop. I noticed the two phone boxes in the photo were unfamiliar, I have never seen this brand of phone before. With a little detective work I noticed the phones in the photos are readily available in Italy and not here in the USA. It appears to me the figures did in fact make it to Italy and the figures were replaced with two phones and what appears to be a Laptop. It is my guess my collection made it to Italy but perhaps only made it as far as customs where the box was opened and figured were replaced. I mentioned this to the buyer but I received no response. I feel I am being scammed because of the long distance, shipping cost and transaction. I also feel very bad for the buyer if he did indeed receive these items instead of my collection. However I now feel the figures were delivered and replaced by phones and a package described as a laptop by someone to appear the true content was delivered. I also need help from EBay. I cannot afford to loose out of my Life long collection to only be replaced by two unknown brands of cellphone probably not even functional in the US and who knows what is in the other package. Please consider my side of this transaction before allowing the buyer to waist money shipping property that does not belong to me. It will only end up in the garbage.
