My husband bought me a ring from them and it came with a lifetime warranty for any cracks, scratches, chips, etc. I have been trying for weeks to get a replacement and they are not responding. eBay has not been helpful. What do I need to do?

Manufacturers of items do not honor warranties on their items unless the seller is an authorized dealer or reseller.  Did you perhaps purchase the warranty offered by Allstate with the purchase?  If so, you can contact them using the phone number in the feedback they left.
