Shady message, claimed from Ebay

Is vis_1219 an Ebay Customer Service account. Received message about an item from my listing and asking to verify through a list in the message. Looks very shady.

@btoservers   No.  That user id is no longer registered too.  🙂 

Real eBay messages will have the eBay logo at the top of the message.  It WON'T have a USER ID.
