eBay has implemented policies to address the issue of explicit content and pornography on its platform. In 2021, eBay announced that it would no longer allow items showing sexual content or sexually suggestive poses on eBay.com1. The “Everything Else > Adult Only” category was removed, and new listings in the Adult Only category were prohibited1. Additionally, eBay plans to redirect steamier auction items to a “Mature Audiences” area, ban some pornographic or sexually related items, and bar sellers from using graphic sexual pictures in their listings.
eBay has an explicit content policy that prohibits listings or content depicting or describing child pornography, bestiality, torture, snuff films, necrophilia, **bleep**, scat, incest, or other illegal or obscene content. The company may use broad discretion when removing obscene material. If you come across any listings that violate eBay’s explicit content policy, you can report them to eBay. Visit the eBay Help Center for more information on how to report such listings.
It’s important to note that eBay takes reports of illegal content seriously and may take appropriate action consistent with applicable laws and the eBay User Agreement. If you encounter any issues related to explicit content on eBay, I recommend reporting them directly to eBay using the appropriate channels provided by the platform
I am in the watch business. I do not expect to see sexual explicit items in my searches.
Has eBay relaxed it's policy?

Nor should you. eBay is continuously scanning listings for violations, but with 1.8 billion active listings, they don't catch all of them.
If you see such listings, you can use the Report link on the item listing above the description over on the right to bring it to eBay's attention. If it's one seller with multiple listings that violate policy, just use the Report Seller link here:
