I filled a complaint with the BBB, resulting in a 30 dollar credit to my PayPal account! That was on July 22nd I since have not received anything, tomorrow bring 30 days. I have a name and the response with the credit approval, but now I have no contact email to follow up Any information on an email address to eBay for a follow up?

@libbys-place Who did you file the refund request with? eBay, PayPal or bank or credit card? That is who you have to follow up with.
Here's how to contact eBay customer service for assistance.
1. Select Chat with automated assistant on the left hand side of this page:

Then in the chat box on the lower right of the linked page type AGENT to talk to a live eBay customer service agent or request a call back.
If you are using a cell phone turn off the spam filter or it may block the call back
If you are located outside of the US or Canada then you will need to use chat or social media.
2. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.

It was the Better Business Bureau, I filed a complaint on how eBay handled something, and the dispute was settled with eBay offering a credit of 30 dollars. The case has been closed out, with the BBB and eBay has not deposited the 30 dollars into my PayPal account. So I need to follow up with eBay
