I have an account in the United States. I can’t find what I need and would like to set up another account in Great Britain. Please advise what I need to do?

Go to ebay.co.uk and if you are not already signed in you should see a link to "register" in the upper left.
You can use your current account make purchases on ebay.co.uk if the items have shipping specified to your location.
