Server response not valid

I ordered an item as a guest. It said it was shipped or going to be shipped. It gives me an order number. I tracked it as a guest order and gave me the link and then when I click on it it says server response not found and that's what it said since I bought it like when I bought it the original email when I click on the order number that's what pops up did I get robbed

@cr250r-93   If you made the purchase using a guest account it will not be in your purchase history.

 Log out of your eBay account and request the guest account details from this page:  

https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/returning-item/returning-items-bought-guest?id=4065...

Then you can start a refund request, track your order, or contact the seller, from the guest account email.  Do not log in to your regular eBay account.

eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.

2. Click Automated chat on the left hand side of the screen.    ( Trust me) 

3. Type AGENT in the small box on the lower right of the linked page then you will see the options to contact a live agent, you may have to answer the chat bots questions before it allows you to connect to an agent, this is so you are connected to the correct department.     If  the bot asks another question after you answered type AGENT  again.  Then you will see the option to request a call back or live chat.

If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media

4. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.

Yes I've done the guest when a couple times and it that's where once I click on the link it then it brings me to the page but it says server response not valid. Anytime I try to click on the order number or anything about that item or the order it says server not found but it did send me an email telling me that the thing was being shipped but then when I click on it the item when it sends me to the page to show me the item it says the server not found or whatever request not whatever whatever I don't know. Maybe they really did ship it. The seller seems legit but I don't know why that item just not showing up I hear
