Sent wrong item to a buyer

I mistakenly sent the incorrect item to a buyer.  Is there a way for me to pay for the item to be returned to me?

Sent wrong item to a buyer

Contact your buyer.  Let him/her know that once the item is received, to go to his/her Purchase History, locate the item, and click on RETURN THIS ITEM because the item is Not as Described.  S/he will have to click MORE to see that option.  The seller accepts the return, the buyer clicks to PRINT THE LABEL, affixes it onto the package and ships it back to you.  Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to you, you have 2 days to refund the buyer.  Now you relist the item, the buyer buys/pays, and you send out the correct item.
