Was wondering what the best direction would be to handle a " i shipped to the wrong address" sold several sports cards and sent out a few a time, ended up printing two of the same label and sent two cards to the same buyer. i contacted both buyers and hope to have him send back to me or work out something. i offered to pay for any inconvenience but wanted let Ebay know, cant seem to find a way to do so.
thanks

Sorry that happened. I think all sellers have made the wrong label mistake when they started selling. I did ONCE.... then I started writing the buyers names on the boxes.
The best way to handle this is to follow eBay policy.
Buyers open return refund requests> wrong item sent> you approve the return shipping label> you get the item back> refund the buyer. Then relist items so that they can be purchased again.
If you try to send a replacement item without a refund the buyer could end getting a refund AND the item for free.
