Assume buyers have been contacted. I sent the wrong item to Buyer A. That item should have gone to Buyer B. I recalled B's item and it will be returned to me eventually. I added a freebie to Buyer A's box and sent a new package to A with A's correct item. Label not printed through Ebay. After mailing, I added the tracking number in Ebay. Now there are two tracking numbers for Buyer A's item. It has been delivered and Buyer A informed.
Ebay system will not allow me to delete the original tracking number for A. How will this show as delivered when the package is being returned to me re the first tracking number? How do I fix this? Also, Buyer B still wants her item and will wait. How should I deal with the lateness on that item? Any ideas? How does one get a live person on Ebay?
