I searched about subject on shipping or delivering eBook electronically. Nothing appears on ebay customer service. I listed more than 200 eBooks in my site. 2 buyers bought but I could not ship without details where to send them electronically. One buyer cancelled his order as ebay did not help. A new buyer yesterday is waiting and I could send the digital item, wihout buyer's email address or chat contact address. I want to send the item via ebay messages but there is no button or window to upload the PDF file. Hope somebody at ebay or commnuity can help. Thans.
