@nit4barbies The buyer has to commit to buy the items and have them in their account awaiting payment.
Once the items are awaiting payment you can then send a combined shipping invoice.
If the items require immediate payment such as offers then the buyer will have to pay for each item separately. Then you refund the shipping overcharge from the drop down menu next to the sold items.
When you print the shipping label be sure to select BOTH items then Print Label from the top of the list on this page> https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:ALL_ORDERS On the next screen you select yes to combine orders> adjust the package weight and size and then buy the label.
