Sending an invoice for another item

I sold a crystal glass to a buyer. I have three more available and I negotiated a price to send him all 3 of those including the one he originally purchased and already paid for. How do I send a buyer an invoice only for the other products at our negotiated price for the entire set ??

It is not possible to do that.  The items must be listed and sold on eBay or you can be accused of selling outside of eBay and denying them their final value fees.

You are misunderstanding. once again, Ebay has disappointed in not making it easy for me to make a deal "Through the Ebay Channels" to sell that item at a discount...... I am really frustrated with Ebay right now on multiple fronts, 72 sold items in 3 weeks and I can't get customer service to help me.
