Sending a Return Label to a Buyer who already has been refunded.

Hello - I sold a item to a buyer - The USPS took forever to deliver the ite.  It was close to 3 weeks.  Before the item was recived the buyer emailed me and said he wants a refund.  Its taking to long to receive the item,  I had tracking, and said ok I'll refund your funds - $45.00  - I refunded the money before they received the item.  The item finally arrived - now the Buyer is requesting a return label be sent to them.  How do I do this?   Tks Jstuban

Buy a return label at pirateship.com and print it to a jpeg file. Send the jpeg to the buyer in an eBay message.
