If the listing has a bid, you cannot make any changes. If the item is sold to someone local, and he would like to pick up the item, you can send an Invoice and zero out the shipping charge. Print out the Order Details and have the buyer sign it when he picks up the item since there will be no tracking number. You can do the same thing (print Order Details) if he has already paid, but use the option of Send refund for the shipping already paid.
