Selling with local pickup

I've been having trouble with items I sell with the buyer choosing local pickup. I have local pickup along with USPS and UPS listed as ways to buyers receiving their items. Even though my listing all state "wait to pay until you receive a invoice, many just pay as soon as the auction is over. Ebay gigs me because I don't list a tracking number. What is the answer to this problem. Thank you all.....

If the buyer selects Local Pickup, ebay sends a message with a QR-code (and 6-digit code) that the buyer brings you upon pickup.  That is your proof of delivery if you are not shipping the item.  If you are shipping the item, and you use ebay shipping to print the label, then tracking is automatically uploaded to the transaction.
