Selling used perfume

Hi!

we used to be able to sell used perfume on eBay. Then the only option was to sell only new perfume. Now I see sellers once again selling used perfumes. 
I want to do the right thing, in 2025, I have a bunch of high end vintage pre owned perfumes in their original bottles, can I or can I not sell them on eBay? Thanks very much!

They just haven't been caught.  Feel free to use the REPORT button on the listing until the bots find them.

I just called eBay today (4/20/2025) and the agent told me “YES , we

 Can sell used perfume on eBay under these conditions”_
must be in original bottle

no imitation products/must be authentic

and no false info in the listing.

there are literally hundreds and hundreds of listings on eBay right now so there you have it.
