Selling performance

I had my wallet stolen and phone.So I got locked out of my account.Well I couldn't send anything that sold or get payouts.They asked to verify my account before any payouts. Fast-forward to now.I did everything needed and got to list again.But now I'm restricted from post many because my seller level is low.Can someone explain how that is supposed to help.And also if I'm so awful why let me post at all.I can't make sense of this.I had to eat atleast $1,000 last year because of their policies.

When you don't get orders shipped, it affects your account and they don't care why you didn't ship.

Until you get your seller level up, you'll be limited on how much you can list.

Are they also holding your payments now?
