Selling limits decreased

I have been selling on eBay for 21 years and recently I changed my business model from a sole proprietorship to a corporation. Since then, our account selling limits have defaulted automatically to 500 listings and 25,000 per month. It has been already 8 days since we reported this and nothing has been done since to revert the limitations. Our listings are disappearing by the hour, and we do not know who else we can contact regarding this matter. Has anyone experienced a similar situation before?
