Selling don’t want to refund me

If I ordered the wrong thing from a

seller and they don’t want to refund me what should I do? I’m trying to get in contact with eBay but no response

If sold with no returns, and the mistake was yours, the seller does not have to accept a return or cancellation.  eBay can not force them to help.
