I have an Ebike for sale and shipping it would be a bike problem and costly. can I create a listing with local pickup as the only option?

Yes, local pickup only is an option when you select your shipping choices.

To help buyers see that there is no shipping, put LOCAL PICKUP ONLY in your title.  It isn’t foolproof, but it helps.
