Hello, I want to list a product. I can't give it at a fixed price. I have to give it with open payment. It says as a warning. Is this for making negative comments?(my point -1)

I don't understand your statement.  When you list an item, you can designate a fixed price (Buy It Now) or auction format, where you start the item at the lowest price you will accept if you get only one bid.  The buyer can pay with Paypal, credit/debit card, ApplePay, GooglePay, Venmo.  Your (-1) feedback is for the negative feedback you received.  It has been 12 months since that neg was left so will soon fall off.
