Sellers ability to print invoices.

Until very recently I have been able to select "view order details" when an item sells and an invoice would appear and it had an option to click a "printer version' of the invoice, it would appear,  and I could print it. Now  when you select "Printer version" a blank "invoice "appears. Can someone tell me, step by step how to generate a printable invoice on my Mac? Thanks in advance to any and all who reply.  Nick

When I want to print the page that shows up when I click View Order Details, I press  CTRL-P .  I use a PC, so I do not know how you would do that on a Mac.

Thank you for your help! Unfortunately Mac's don't have the CTRL-P key.  I decided to take  screen shots and then print them out...lol
