Seller won’t sell for price that was won on bid

Hello, I won a bid but the seller was inexperienced and notified me that he will not sell the item for the price.  He said it was too low even after I won the bid. Im easy, so whatever. I asked him to cancel the sale so it does not look like I didn’t pay. It’s been a few days and he has not canceled the order. I tried to contact eBay but of course that is almost impossible. Im worried about my eBay rating and reputation. Can someone please help on what I should do? I attached a screenshot of his message as well. Thank you.

If he won't cancel the order, I'd go ahead and pay.

They will either ship the item or have to cancel and refund.

If they cancel the order for any other reason then out of stock, I'd report them for using the wrong reason to cancel.

Thanks, I appreciate the reply. The payment would be $115.00 so I don’t really want to send it then wait around and hope it comes back. I just wish there was a way to contact an eBay customer service representative. I don’t know why it’s so difficult to actually contact a live person at eBay to explain my issue. If anyone one knows the top secret way to contact someone at eBay it would be really appreciated. Thanks.

There is no number to call, but you can have them call you.

Until after the estimated delivery date, there isn't much they'll do.
