Seller won't respond for questions about item

I have twice emailed a "SELLER" to inquire about the COLOR (White vs Off-White) about a product and they have not responded; I got duped on Amazon for a similar product. Don't they have a responsibilty to respond or should I take this as it ain't what you want?

Sellers are not required to respond, though many sellers will as a matter of good customer service.

If a seller does not respond, find another seller that either provides that information in the listing or is willing to respond to you to do business with.
