Seller will not accept a return

Bought a computer that will not boot. Seller has refused to take back return. He has only offered messages for keystrokes to try and fix the computer that will not work. The return window has expired.

If it is past ebay's 30 days Money Back Guarantee, file a return with Paypal if that is how you paid.  Last resort is to file with your credit card issuer if that is how you paid.
