I made a purchase on Aug 23rd and when the item did not arrive on time, I checked tracking to find that there was no tracking. I went to notify the seller that the item had not arrived, only to find that the seller account is no longer active on ebay. This appears to prevent me from using the "contact the seller" function to report this, and I can not cancel the order, as when I go there it says the item number is not valid (since it is no longer listed). I have also been completely unable to contact ebay support by phone. I used their number listed on the website 1-866-961-9253, but when the automation finally said, "I will transfer you to an ebay team member." it transferred me to a line that says, "We no longer use this line.". Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can get this matter sorted out?

This matter was resolved. I would close this thread myself, but I do not see how. Please close.
For anyone who is interested, I went to the automated chat support and it immediately recognized the issue and provided me a "within 48 hour refund - including shipping" without me even having to type anything.
